COMPENSATION
Payment in advance is required for all services provided by Affiliate Business Empire, INC / Prospecting Broker. The Client or The Client Organization agrees to make all recurring payments in advance purchasing directly in our website, or by our online gateway at the moment of signing any agreement, in order to get started with any service. The Client or The Client Organization agrees to pay “Monthly Services” by automatic credit card transactions. Invoices will include monthly fees and any additional fees for any additional services that have been purchased by the Client or The Client Organization. Invoices will be issued and automatic transactions processed on the Renewal Date. Affiliate Business Empire, Inc reserves the right to assess and collect late payment charges of 1.5% per month on past due balances after 14 days.
If there is a decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, risk of payment fraud, or other rejection of a charge on The Client’s or The Client Organization’s account, it will be considered a breach of their payment obligations. Consequently, Affiliate Business Empire, INC | Prospecting Broker may take all lawful actions to secure payment. This may include immediate termination of The Client’s or The Client Organization’s account and any associated services or products registered or renewed on their behalf, without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All agreements may be terminated with or without cause by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. All services provided in advance will be charged upon early termination.
Failure to provide 30 days’ written notice to margarita@prospectingbroker.com may result in additional charges under the same terms and duration of the existing agreement. As an example, The Client or The Client Organization’s monthly or annual commitment will renew for another consecutive month or twelve month term respectively when insufficient cancellation notice is provided.
Charges already processed by Affiliate Business Empire, INC (Prospecting Broker) without written notice as outlined above will not be refunded.
In addition:
Full refund will be made if you secede to cancel the subscription within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact us within the first 30 days of placing your initial order. Any full refund request after the thirty (30) day time limit will not be honored.
If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 30 working days then you will be charged an amount equivalent to an additional 1 month subscription fee for the package or service you subscribed for.
- Cancellation of any service or subscription renewal should be done 30 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.
- Amount of refund will be credited in the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.
- If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then the amount equivalent to the monthly subscription fee during that month will be billable, which the Client or The Client Organization will be entitled to pay.

- If The Client or The Client Organization signed up for the services or the subscription provided by Affiliate Business Empire, INC | Prospecting Broker, but did not make use of them then The Client or The Client Organization are still entitled to pay for such services.
- Please note that once the refund request is processed, access to all services provided by Affiliate Business Empire, INC to The Client or The Client Organization will be immediately terminated.
FAQ
Can I Pause Prospecting Broker Subscription?
You can pause an active Prospecting Broker subscription by up to 60 days during your annual agreement. upon thirty (30) days written notice.
When you pause your plan, Prospecting Broker suspends content producing, sending and other services after the current billing cycle ends. After the subscription renews, all services will be provided according to the schedule, terms and conditions of the existing plan.
Can I downgrade my plan?
If Laser-Prospecting Plan doesn’t fit your needs at the moment, and/or your company cannot serve 200+ men groups that we prospect, you can downgrade your plan within 60 days after the annual subscription came into force.
If you downgrade your Plan mid-cycle, you’ll still have access to your current plan for the remainder of the billing period, and all the services will be provided within Laser-Prospecting Plan. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
In order to downgrade your plan from Laser-Prospecting to Prospecting Broker Plan, you need to send a 30-day prior written notice from the corporate email address registered under the Prospecting Broker account, to margarita@prospectingbroker.com (Subject line “Downgrade”). The email should contain a brief reason for the downgrade (for internal purposes only).
What Is My Payment Schedule?
Payment terms and schedules are as follows, unless otherwise specified in a Proposal:
- Monthly subscriptions: The Client shall be billed in full at the beginning of each month. Cancellation requests must adhere to a 30-day notice period as detailed in the Termination terms.
- Yearly subscriptions: The CLient is required to make an advance payment covering the first three months of service before the Subscription Term begins. From the second month onwards, monthly billing at the full rate will occur at the start of each month, adhering to the 30-day cancellation notice requirement as outlined in the Termination terms.
The initial invoice will be issued upon the signing of this Agreement or upon the purchase of a Subscription Plan. All payments are to be made via Credit Card. Invoices will be sent on the same day as the charge is made. Services will commence after the receipt of the first payment and the signing of this Agreement.
How do I upgrade my plan?
As your brokerage business grows, your marketing needs will change. You can upgrade your plan from Prospecting Broker Plan to Laser-Focused Prospecting Plan at any time to access new features, increase your coverage, and reach out the high-end prospects at a whole new level. Updating Payment Information
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the payment information is up-to-date and valid. If the payment method fails to process the renewal charges, we may attempt to contact the Client to update the payment information. However, failure to respond or update the payment information within 5 working days within the month when the payment is due will automatically result in revoking access to the subscription and all services provided by Affiliate Business Empire | Prospecting Broker.
How Do I Make The Cancellation Request?
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email address margarita@prospectingbroker.com. Requests communicated verbally, through direct messaging platforms, or individual team members will not be considered valid or accepted.
Upon receipt of a valid written notice of cancellation, the Client agrees to complete the Affiliate Business Empire, INC (Prospecting Broker) form and participate in a feedback call with Affiliate Business Empire, INC Client Relationship Team.
Does My Subscription Stop For Any Reason?
- The Contractor reserves the right to pause or stop this Subscription with immediate effect in the event of non-payment by the Client or the Client breaches any other term of this Agreement.
- Similarly, the Client may terminate the Subscription if the Contractor fails to provide the agreed-upon Services or breaches any other term of this Agreement.
Upon a breach of contract, the offending party shall have a cure period of 14 days post-receipt of written notice to rectify the breach. Failure to cure within this period may result in termination of the Subscription.
